After Trimming and Leveling, The purpose of the Screed concrete is to level the Base and to avoid water getting into the Base after the Base concrete is put. Before the screed, we put some thick polythene under it. Polythene slandered should be in gauge 600 on our site.
Grade
15 concrete was used in the Screed concreting. The aggregate was 1 inch in
average dimensions.
The proportion was 1:3:6
The top surface of the screed should be leveled & smooth because each baseline & column were set out on the top surface of the screen.
